DAY 1: CHEFCHAOUEN - OUAZANE - FES

After breakfast at the riad, we will go for Wazan and other rif settlements. We will visit Volubilis to see the Roman ruins and learn about the archeological site and its Moroccan history. We arrive at Meknes in the early afternoon after touring the ruins. You'll meet your local guide here and go on a tour of Bab Mansour Gate, Moulay Ismail's Mausoleum, and Dar El Makhzen Palace. We're on our way to Fes. Overnight stay at a local riad. This is a 5-day Sahara tour departing from Chefchaouen.

DAY 2: FES - IFRAN - MIDELT - MERZOUGA

We'll travel via Ifrane, Morocco's "Switzerland," and the Azrou cedar forest, where we may stop to hand feed the monkeys. We'll continue on to Midelt, where we'll have lunch. We'll proceed through the Ziz Valley towards Erfoud after lunch and a rest. In the pre-Saharan oases, we will observe several fortified communities. We will arrive in the Merzouga dunes (Erg Chebbi) and you will stay in comfortable Sahara desert hotel in Merzouga desert.

DAY 3: MERZOUGA DESERT EXCURSION

We're having a great time in the desert today. Chefchaouen to Merzouga 5 Day Sahara Tour You will visit Khamlia hamlet, Hassilabiad village, and the desert nomads that dwell there. We'll enjoy Berber pizza after we visit Rissani. Following our meal, we will return to the Merzouga desert to explore the Merzouga Oasis. We finish the day by relaxing and eating dinner at the riad in Merzouga hamlet.

DAY 4: MERZOUGA DESERT- TODRA - DADES

We get up early to enjoy the lovely desert sunrise. Following that, you will enjoy a tranquil camel walk back to the hotel, savoring the unique grandeur of the stunning Erg Chebbi dunes and the solitude of the desert once again. We continue our journey to the Tinghir and Todra Gorges, Morocco's tallest and narrowest gorges, after breakfast and a shower at the hotel. The day concludes at Dades Valley, where we will have dinner and stay in a motel.

DAY 5: DADES - OUARZAZATE - AIT BENHADDOU - MARRAKECH

Today, after breakfast, we will go to Kasbah Amredil in Skoura, then to Ouarzazate, where we will see the kasbah of Taourirt and the Atlas Film Studios. We proceed to Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site that has served as the setting for several Hollywood blockbusters. It is Morocco's most well-known Kasbah. The journey then continues over the newly asphalted road to Telouet. Telouet is located in the highlands and was formerly the residence of Marrakesh's last Pasha, El Glaoui, from whence the highest pass in Africa, Tizi-n-Tichka, was controlled. Visit the Koutoubia, the Saadian tombs, the Menara garden, and the Bahia Palace. Returning to the hotel for lunch. In the afternoon, visit the souks, the Medina and Jemaa El Fna square .
